Just another small point, I am also a member of the Porsche Club GB and attend their Essex Region Monthly meet. This is held at the Regiment Way Golf centre near Chelmsford. These are good monthly meets normally involving a few drinks, a chat, and then a presentation from someone in the trade - i.e. wheel refurbishers etc.

Last month was a visit to the Porsche centre in Colchester and a presentation from Mobil Oils.

I am more than happy to attempt to set up a something similar for us If we think that there will be sufficient interest. Im sure that the new Lind dealership in Chelmsford would be welcoming !

Also, what about getting a section in the magazine !

I'm in Essex too...and look foward to the meet.

One Idea for a meet could be to join up and then drive in convoy to the BMW Power event at Rockingham if anyone fancies going to that ?

I'm Herts/Essex border - so always in Essex anyway. Make sure it doesn't clash with any other meets (1st Sunday Lunchtime - Goat Pub Hertford Heath Classic Car meet) & I'll come too.

I'm interested in popping down as well! I'm from Aylsham, Norfolk and it would be nice to see a bit more action in the region.
