I hope to be at the next one - wish I'd gone down rather than working but got the bonnet and springs to pay for so needed the cash. Next month will be a busy one with billing aquadrome and the 2 region meets, the car should finally get to spread it's legs.

yep-they are the same wheels-if you think it looks awesome you should try driving it-first time I have been in an M car of any sort & couldnt believe it-it frightened the crap out of me.

Although the pics are great it needs a couple of things doing to it-drivers side front wing has been replaced (after a knock I guess) with a non bmw one which isnt a great fit & is rusting so thats being done & am getting a shake sorted out all prior to me getting it.

The seats have been recently retrimmed but some of the other bits (its got the extended leather 4 seat option) need sorting-have priced bits up at £800+vat from stealers so I dont think thats an option-I will try & renovate what I can with gliptone & renovating polish & anything I cant do I will get done by a retrimmer.

I have to admit its pretty much my dream car-the colour in the flesh is gorgeous & although I didnt like the wheels at first they have grown on me & I really like them now.

I cant wait to get it-I will debadge it scare the pants of a few boy racers I think (mature aint I)

Are you getting rid of the 525 or increasing the size of your BM collection then Paul?
