We bit the bullet and bought a new one last year, so the old one must still be around somewhere.

Pete kindly brought it down so that the rest of us could see it, before taking it back to Aberdeen.

On the photo that aiden316i put up - is that the old Scottish region trophy making a reappearence or a replica of the original????

If it is the old one - where was that hiding out - any of you guys know??

I only got this one - it was difficult to get a pic as it wouldn't stay still long enough.

A big thanks to Phoenix BMW for inviting us to the launch of the new E92 3 series coupe
and for hosting our annual Show & Shine competition. Below is a few picures from the day - more to follow.

The E92 335i Coupe - Lyle (the DP) took Bluebro, JohnF and I for a demonstration run in this car. We were all impressed by the performance and ride of it

Despite kidnapping Lyle, Steve still didn't manage to win the S&S.

Pete collects his prize for first place - A Garmin Sat Nav (donated by Phoenix)

Bluebro (John) collected second prize - A service/work at BM Motors (donated by BM Motors)

Gary getting third prize

Pete shows off the trophy and his prize

Thanks to those that turned up today with there fine motorcars

We were greeted well by the staff at Pheonix with a cooked breakfast

There was a slight delay in getting to use the washing facilitys due to big work load for valet boys

We were soon hard at it tho in the usual style

Tools were down at 1300pm and the judges got to work on the 8 entrants while some of us enjoyed a bufffet lunch

 

Soon after the results were in

1.Pete 330ci sport Convertible (wins a garmen street pilot delux,Donated by Pheonix BMW)

2.John e46 M3 (wins a voucher for BM motors,Club t-shirt,BMW Jacket)

3.Gary E30 325 sport(Wins BMW Golf brolly,Autoglym PDI Kit,Mequires Valet bag)

 

Thanks again to the guys from Pheonix and the You! for coming along and making this event happen
