kin certainly knows what the right foot does in that M5, there will be no need to put him in with the novices/low-powered!!! I want to have some semblance of pride left after a few laps... biggrin

indeed... the high-powered group should be a sweet show!

If anyone wants me to keep one warmed up for them in the beginner outings on the day I'd be only happy to oblige!

Hmm, looks like I won't even have the mods on so it not this time again that I will manage to keep up with the M gang!

Might just get a set of slicks, that should do it!

It should be funny if it rains and you running on slicks...

I better start saving up for my new tyres. Or maybe just no drifting. Also will be doing about 6mpg around the track so I better be ready for that too.

I'll take bookings for the scenic tour around the circuit for those who wish for a more relaxed pace.

The only reason being that I lack power!!!

You're not going to leave it standard spec are you! You'd be sooo shamed by weeny 316's running circles around you.
Better stick a whopping great turbo on it. Just to be sure.

*JOKE*

Your car is more than fine, just make sure of the usual:
- oil level perfect
- no suspension issues
- brakes in good order
- etc. etc.

Might be a good idea to get a service if its nearly due anyhow. But obviously its not a good idea to bed in new road pads on the track!

I am getting new MAFs installed in the next few weeks and most proberly swaybars. Those are the mods I should get done before the day anyway.

The Tubi exhaust, Big Brake kit will be next... going to change my "lifetime" transmission oil as well soon.

Need to check the tyres... I have curbed it a few times, which I am not proud of. Hope it is fine.

Install a V8 (thats what we nees to do) but you have it already

Oil change would be good idea, unless its been serviced recently.

Check brake pads, maybe change brake fluid for some high temp. stuff if you plan on pushing the car.

Always good to have the car looked over before just to make sure everything is in order.

Other than that, enjoy!
