Topic: E30 on ebay Posted: 23-March-2006 at 15:28 |
Ebay item number - 4625035321
Does anyone know if this is a genuine Hartge or a mutant DIY job?
Sorry to thick to do links.

So how does the engine spec compare to a standard 323 then?

Not as thick as the numpty selling the car. Obviously doesn't know what a dictionary is. Click on the address bar of the page you want to link so it's highlighted. Right click & copy (or CTRL-C). In the message box type something like look here which will be the link. Select look here then click the link button (has the chain link symbol - 3rd from right). When the pop-up appears right-click or CTRL-V to paste the web address. That's it.

I saw this and was sorely tempted as my next project to park along side my convertible. It looks genuine to me but very neglected. However if all the original parts are there and it is a genuine car (could Birds verify?) it's well worth saving.
This must have been one of the first e30's they did, unless it was a retro job done later in it's life.

Certainly looks like a genuine car, has all the right bits, all the bodykit, exhaust manifold and back box, wheels, rocker cover, strut brace, could make a nice project for someone, especially if it stays cheap.
