If your posts have been removed...

This area is intended only for the sale/purchase of BMW related items, not the product of your labours, etc.

Posts in this area of the forum are welcome from regular contributors only. That is, 'members who actively participate in the forum as a whole' and who have contributed a minimum of 20 posts elsewhere on the forum.

All posts must be for private sales - No Trade!

Posts shall comply with the normal forum posting guidelines and shall NOT contain any links/URL's to, or the promotion thereof, of any auction sites, etc. with the exception of ebay (see next post below)

An image of the item(s) may be posted. This must be optimised and not exceed 600 pixels in width. Alternatively, posts may contain a direct link to an image file(s).

Any personal/contact details should be exchanged via the forum PM (Private Message) system and NOT posted on the board itself. These include (but not exclusive to); email address', collection/delivery address', telephone numbers, etc.

Post that do not comply may be deleted without warning.

Persistent offenders may be banned (temporarily or permanently).

Sellers attempting to circumvent these guidelines via the PM system may be IP banned permanently.

Proof of ownership must be available upon request.

General Rules For Posting:
if starting a new thread, please state whether your item is For Sale (FS:) or Wanted (Wtd:), e.g. FS: E30 M3...
No trolling or thread spoiling (critical posting)
No bumping threads to make them look newer
No multiple posting
No chit chat - use the General Off Topic Forum for that!

If advertising please include the following:-
* price
* Adequate Description (incl. photos if possible)
* General location (city/county only!)

Acceptance of a members post here does not negate the requirement to remain active on the remainder of the forum. Members who continue to post in Sales/Wanted without contributing further, to the forum as a whole, will have their posts removed.

By posting here, you agree that the owners, administrators and moderators of bavarian-board.co.uk are not liable in any way for the items sold or the manner in which they are sold. We shall do our utmost to ensure that adverts meet legal standards, however, this does not place any liability whatsoever on us with respect to these adverts.

It will be presumed that anyone who posts in the adverts forum will have read and agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to alter these guidelines without notice, and implement any changes retrospectively.  These rules are in addition to the general Forum Rules & Guidelines.
