Hello all.
I own a 330ci couple with all the trimmings, I have recemtly bought some really nice MV2 replicas (look exactly like the originals) with 8j rims all round, oh they are 18 inches btw.
Could I fit 255/35/18's to an 8 inch rim on the rears?
Or is this unsafe - too wide?
help appreciated! Edited by 330cimv |

They'll go at a squeeze, i've had 245 on 8" rim before with no ill effects, but ideally IIRC 255 should go on a 9" rim or bigger. They may look a little strange also as the tyre will be balloning out of the rim.

Thanks all.
I will give them a shot on the 8 inch rim, if it looks crap I will just get some 225's or 235's I think.
