Come on you guys pull your figers out, only six weeks to go to our 9th annual Croft driving day.
Croft is without doubt the finest driving event of the summer, arguably the best club event on the calendar and quite possibly the best trackday there is. For those of you unacquainted with our annual summer driving day up at Croft, £140 gets you.. Open pit lane, More track time than you can handle, No waiting or queueing, any amount of instruction, bring any car you want, first class organisation and marshalling, friendly club atmosphere, Novices and experts welcomed, Driving code strictly enforced, BMWCC members only. It's pretty much the dogs ....... and well worth twice the entry price.. so why the heck aren't I full already. If you want to come (and you should) then get your holiday days sorted and get yourself on my list... I will make it simple just click here to send Nick an e-mail and I will send you all the forms directly to your inbox. Nick Edited by Webdunk |

Just can't do the 5th Nick.. I wished I had got my lot sorted as we've had to pull KH for the end of the year. I'll see if any of the Scottish lot would like to trip down to Croft instead. |

Don't leave this one too late.
I want to have everyone booked in and paid for before the event. If you are planning on rolling up on the day you may be risking being sidelined as a spectator. There are only 10 spaces left.. I plan to sell them.. act quickly if you want one. Nick |

Nick Could be interested in this, does the £140 entry allow for more than one driver per car, if not, what is the charge per additional driver?
thanks |

Dear Rallycross
£140 gets one club member onto the circuit in any or as many cars as they register with me beforehand. If you only bring the one car the additional driver charge is £75 and the other driver must also be a paid up club member.. not a guest! If you bring more than one car any additional drivers must pay the full price. As I have said before £140 gets you into an open pit lane event that has a capped entry of 50 to ensure we dont get any overcrowding as they do at some commercial days. Send me your e-mail by PM or click the e-mail link on my previous post and I will send you the forms. Thanks, Nick |

3 places sold today..
Just 3 more places left to sell to break even on the cicuit hire. Which will give me an entry of 41.. I am going to close the book when it gets to 45.. so there should be even more space on the circuit than last year. .. so if you are sitting on the fence, it is time to get off and take one of the last places before I sell out. Nick, Just to let you know everythings all sorted from my point of view for Croft, I have new long (and heavy and expensive!) lenses, which should allow me to get closer and brighter pictures - all will be displayed shortly after the event, and I can make a few small prints on the day. Simon |

Thanks Simon,
FYI.. there is a nice big Sony monitor in the hospitality suite (re pit lane garage 1 & 2) that you could hook your gear up to so we can all see our pictures! Also the press are going to be there doing a shoot for Total BMW, hopefully they won't tread on your toes. Nick |

2 entries today have tipped me over the break even figure of six thousand pounds and an entry of 42 drivers.
I am now closing the book, if you wanted to come and pay on the day.. then I'm afraid you will be just spectating. Things to remember to bring on the day. Driving licence Membership card (I can renew it on the day if you have lapsed) Scrutineering form (I will have some spare ones) Dinner money Lots of drinks if it is hot (tea and coffee will be provided, all funds going to Croft'05) Raffle ticket money (and anything you may want to give as a raffle prize.. again all proceeds go to Croft'05) Now is the time to start checking your car. There will be a BMW parts van there if you need anything on the day. See you all on Monday. Nick Croft'04 |

Nick, we're bringing 2 Z's and our new X3 along (to spectate). Edited. Can appreciate you're busy and might want to get there v early, but we could carry a fair amount of kit up in the X quite easily if you wanted us to. Thanks for the effort in organising. Looking forwards to it now we've got a new throttle body on the Z, just need the weather now. Edited by StuB |

Thanks Stu,
I think I am going up in the van on the Sunday night and camping in it at the circuit. I don't have a car to use, so I don't have much gear.. just lot's of Croft'04 paperwork! There will be a nice yellow ZMC there that will give your modded 2.8 a run for it's money! Nick |

I have it on very good authority that 'she' is an extremely good pilot and does not require any re-mapping!
