Just looking at the Euro NCAP results for my E39 and they are not the most impressive. The driver doesn't come out as well as I would have thought, especially in the E36.

Surprising, don't you think?

Worrying, but then if we spent our time thinking about crash tests no one would have ever got in a mini!

As for frontal impact, I have my seat almost all the way back so that my legs are as straight as possible while still being close enough to the steering wheel. So at least if Im have a crash I'm as far away from the dash as possible! Big Smile

Unless you take 5th gears approach at safety testing in which case the E34 didn't end up too good afterwards.
