Confirmed with manager yesterday
Seats up stairs for 30 persons will be set out,so as it stands there is spare places
Also 6 seats reserved in bar area for those that are not sure and to cater for anyone that can`t handle the stairs
On arrival for the Carvery simply go up stairs and pick your seat then go down to Carvery and get your grub and bring it back to your table
If you need any drinks these can be bought from the bar area
You can pay for your own carvery after you finish down at the bar
Think he said he would do the carvery plus a coffee afterwards for £12 for the Club,Think it was something like £10 ish without the coffee
Just to give you an idea

I cant see Mark & Caz name there ... i have mentioned in a few threads now that they are coming along with us in their BM and they are also wanting a table upstairs.
Mark works mad shifts hence no post himself.

I've booked a table for 8 in the lounge. It's not that we're feeling unsociable - we're just saving you the pain of having 4 kids under 5 years old eating with you.
The youngest is 6 months and I don't want to scare him

Pete sorry to muck you about but Jemma is now not coming so will just be me eating.
Now I didnt think when I added my name to the list but depending what we do for breakfast I might not be too hungry so would it be ok to change my mind on the day for the cavery?
