Adrian

I didn't realize on Sunday that your brother in law works in the same place I do.  I knew he looked familiar but I assumed that I'd seen him at another event, until I was standing next to him at the coffee machine yesterday!

Maybe you can convince him to buy one of Munich's best. I had no luck on that score. I think Dave is with them about five years and is very dedicated to his work. I know it's not unusual to find him in work at 10 or 11pm working on a chip or some other project. His dedication never rubbed off on me though

Robbie, Tullamore is my local Town and am always seen around it somewhere. Next time you see me just signal, because I was probably in a world of my own the last time we passed. I live 7 miles from Tullamore just off the main Portlaoise Road, but I lived in the town for 26 years.

I knew i'd seen your car before, always wondered was the bloke driving it in the club. Next time you see a black E36 approaching at warp speed, flashing headlights you'll know its me

I'm in Mountmellick, as you probably know and i knock around Tullamore myself every now and then. Capital cars would be good for a meet sometime then into de Bruins(spelling!!) for a couple of scoops.

Sounds good to me. My gaff is only 7 miles from Mountmellick, so like Gimboh you are only around the corner. A few scoops in De Bruins sounds good too.

Yeah,

I mean there is us, Jimboh, Ludo, Eamo to name just five, and i'm sure there are many others around who haven't even joined the club. Maybe a Barbeque would be in order when I get my garden paving done, which should be within the next month.

Hi Fishy

I figured when I didn't get a call that you mustn't have travelled rather than you were just lost!  It was a good day, but no doubt we'll see you on another before long.

Welcome to the gang M3 Brad just leave the traction on when on the track as some other poor misfortune found out to his cost at the last driving day at Mondello

No No No! The idea is put sports on... hold down DSC for a few seconds so it disables DSC completely, then let it rip.

Yeah but if you are not used to using the car without the DSC etc on then as the man says it can hit the fan when to hit the bank on the track

Well, but you aint going to learn by leaving DSC on either. Best to do it on a track and take it easy... that way you learn when the car will slide.

DSC off.......cue lots of weeping and wailing

i.e. The last day at Mondello

By the way, has anyone heard from that dude in the E46?

Did he really sold it?

I am all in favor of DSC/ASC off on the track but you have to go fast gradually, not DSC off and floor it. Even if that's mean being relatively slow during the first few times out, just take time to learn, pushing a bit more lap after lap and find the point were you are confortable with the car without being afraid of being biten (spelling?) .
