The FAQ's has to be the best place for it and as Webdunk said it can be subdivided if it gets too heavy

A "sticky" is a topic which stays at the top of a forum irrespective of when a comment was last added to it.

Sorry, but what is a sticky?!

The FAQ section will be fine until a nice archive has been collected, had never noticed it before tho as I only look in the 3 series tech section...

What might be handier is a sticky at the top, with a list of posts where handy stuff like this is.

Can we have a 3 series technical archive section so people can post reports on useful technical issues?

For example: I'd like to post how I changed my clutch.

I think it would stop a lot of repeat questions on the posts as well.
