Looking to change my mobile in the next month after being with T-mobile for 3 years and being treated like S#*t for the entire time. Anybody any views on which company is the best and any good/bad experiences? Was with vodafone before without any probs.

Cheers in advance.

Just signed up to the company phone scheme, was given the choice of )2 or Orange, and all the O2 users said they wished they were on Orange...

Orange all the way ...used to be on vodafone and it was a pile of s*!t rubbish customer service . Been with Orange for 3 years , cheaper phone bills , helpful advice and support and a free delivery of a replacement phone when i dropped mine , top service

I have been with orange now for over a year and their customer service is very good. Much better than T-mobile who I used to be with. You do get better service when you are on a contract mind. I recently changed to pay as you go and the level of service has dropped off a bit.

The Isle of Wight has quite bad signal problems, Orange and Voda are fine, the others have too many dead spots as there are no masts over here for them, Orange and Voda use the existing television masts for their equipment which gives them about 90% coverage against about an average of 40% for the other companies available.

Been on Cellnet, sorry O2 for years now, started off when you used to get 5 of calls, not minutes free. Not changed, cos I use number for work, and call plan is good (though they keep wanting to change it..)

Partner was on Voda, but they mucked her about, now on t-mobile (or one-2-no one as it used to be called)

Thought about Orange, but they don't do price matching anymore..

Vodafone seems to have the best price package for me and started off with them without any probs. Must be saving the phone companies hundreds of thousands in consumer service surveys!
