These are available for sale on the www.BM3W.co.uk website at a very reasonable price and would be very useful for those going on track days or for long journeys or at home when checking tyre pressures when the tyres are cold so as to have the correct pressure in them as this tyre inflator takes out all the hard work as you just set the pressure and it turns of when the required pressure is reached. I got one as a present and find that it is the best tyre inflator on the market.

Interesting. I had one about 18 months ago and shortly after purchasing it stopped working. Basically the pump siezed and it kept blowing fuses every time I tried to use it.

I called their helpline and they said that it was quite a common problem so I returned it and got my money back. I now use a good old foot pump.

Of course they could have modified it by now so the problem may have been restricted to a bad batch.

I have had no problem with the pump I purchased and have being using it every week-end to maintain the correct pressures in both our cars so touch wood no problems to date

I "get by" with a Halfords version of the same idea..... It also has a built-in torch.

I picked something similar up in Argos but I must say that the pressure gauge is far from accurate on this particular model so I use a separate gauge to verify the pressure after pumping.
