Hi All, Can anyone help me out on this one?? The front brakes on my beast come on by themselves until they are hard on, the peddle also goes solid. After about an hour the car can be driven for x amount of time until the fault stops me in my tracks again. I have owned it for 4 years and have had only minor cosmetic work done so have no trusted garage to turn too. Please help/all coments welcomed.

I cannot claim this to be the answer but as a suggestion here goes: 

What of a problem in the brake servo, so that after some part's warmed up, pressure could build up, leading to the brake fluid being pressurised, even though, no pressure's being applied to the pedal?  This may be rubbish, but it's a possibility?
