Is it leaking from the bulkhead? my dad has an audi a6 which started leaking only the rear drivers footwell was wet found out it was a leak around the steering column rubber, normally front foot well is waterproof under the carpet so only the rear will appear to be wet.

Don't know how the 328i compares with my 323iSE, which has stereo, climate control unit and then below that two guages; left (I think) is the external temp) and the other one being the (digital) time.  When it stopped working, it was because the LED backlight buld had gone.  It cost £1.09 to replace, and the unit just click out of the centre console in seconds.

If the OBC is different, then this is of no help to you and I'm sorry, but if it is, then there you go!!!

Hi,

I'm new to the Club, Forum and am on my second BMW (first was an E34 525i)

I've got a couple of minor problems...

The carpet behind the front seats (rear passenger footwell) is soaking wet. I cannot find any obvious cause. Does anyone know of any common causes??

The On Board Computer refuses to display the time in the right hand screen. Can this be fixed or does the OBC need replacing?

If it needs replacing has anyone got one for sale???

Plus, has anyone got a spare glovebox in black?? (long story!!)

Cheers
