530 H reg central locking starting probs

   new member here pls be gentle local mechanic changed frount brake pads nsince then centeral locking has gone awol and it wont start from the key you have to cross the starter wires  to open the drivers door has to be one from inside  it seems to be the the dead lock is affecting the whole system once started from the starter you can use the ing key till the car is parked for an hour then the key does not work again anyone help
