Hi,

 

Can someone please tell me how to adjust the idle....it's idling at about 500 rpm and struggles a bit

Don't think that you can, I think that it is all controlled by the ECU, it could be that you either have a vacum leak (split hose) or your ICV is getting old / dirty / tired and needs either cleaning or replacing
