I just thought I would make another minor comment. For those with front fog lights isn't it nice to have a seperate switch for its activation. It seems to be a tendancy for modern cars to have the front fogs only activated if the rear fogs are on. I don't know about the modern BMW's but at least the E30 has got this right.

I find the button a nice touch, but agree that it aint half annoying when every chav and his dog are riding about on perfectly clear evenings with them on, blinding me! Filth used to be well up on this, think theyre slacking lately, as theres loads do it round my way. |

I have them on so my friends can see me. I know it's my friends cause they flash me as they go past.

I dont think they are a bad touch at night to give your E30 a bit of
stance on the road at night. They arent worse than people with blue
coloured head lights? am i wrong?

Thats because all the coppers have been replaced by cameras.. I can't remember the last time I saw any plod.. you could drive all night and day round here with your fogs on if you like and not get stopped.. to the pub and back.. under age with no insurance.. just so long as you don't speed through a camera trap you will be ok. |

About time they left the motorist alone and started trying to catch real criminals, which isn't going to happen.
