Looking very nice indeed!

Have you noticed that immediately after picking a new car up, that for the next few days the weather is crap....

Grahame

I spot a bluetooth fin and a bluetooth cradle in the centre!

Is your phone bluetooth?

If not, change it and get the right cradle fitted (about £60) and you can then make use of the full system - well worth the money.

All phone numbers appear on the stereo and the hands free controls on the wheel function very well indeed.  Its a superb implementation of bluetooth.

I had it on my Coupe (don't have it on the Convertible) and I really really miss it.

Cheers Coasting.... pma.... Shorty.... Chris.....

Coasting - Yes it has bluetooth preparation. The phone doesn't need a cradle though, as long as the phone is in the car (somewhere) and has bluetooth activated you can make and receive calls using the multi function steering wheel. Your right the phone book and call details appearing on the display is pretty cool!!

Cheers..... A very happy chappy

Shame, I was getting used to the E38 in the Civic Centre car park!

Lovely coupe, though. Better not park mine next to it, you might catch the rust bug!

Cheers, Neil

Yes I know, but.....if you buy the cradle it has two advantages:

1 - it trickle charges continuously and you need never use a horrid mains charger again!

2 - it looks so flush and just so 'right'

3 - it doesn't fly off the seat or out of a compartment when taking corners over-enthusiastically....

I now play a game each time I park my car up after a drive.

It is called "hunt the missing phone down" because it will have flown into any one of a multitude of locations in the car!

Hey, Mill must be be doing storming business this week.

I say that because a colleague has just e-mailed me to say he forgot to tell me he's picking up a new car tomorrow, from Mill.

An 53 plated 730i Sport with all the gizmo's.  He's always been a 'big car' man.  The price of these is utterly amazing...just over 22,000m on the clock and yet it is a little over half the price it was new at £33k.

Your right they have been busy Jan and Feb! One of the sales guys was away on an all expenses trip to Barbados or somewhere!!!

320Ci You need to check with the dealer as bluetooth prep is an extra you also need the phone (R/T and Answer) buttons on the steering wheel.... Very useful though I have to say!!

Cheers guys

I bet they quote you a retro fit price of about £650.....

It's a silly price.  I know that much!

However, I think AutoSounds in Newcastle or Turners in Sunderland can now do a bluetooth phone-fit option that hardwires into the cars controls.  They couldn't a year or so ago but I'm sure that has changed now.  Much cheaper too.
