Cheers for the List djfuz, I'm looking to replace door bottoms etc, but don't know if yours will be any better than the ones I have.

Where about in the country are you?

Cheers Richard, just a bit of arty fartyness in photoshop !

I meant ditto to your reply cause I'm looking for some body parts.

Good to see some posts appearing in the '02 forum, it's been a bit quiet!

I'll get some photos and text to you soon for a Car of the Month feature.

I don't suppose you could take a picture of it for me? Just want to make sure it's better than the one I already have!

Cheers,

Harry.

Nice to see a bit of chat going on in here.

Djfuz - might be after a rear bumper, have you got one?  Maybe a boot lid as well.

Hi Harry, I've got a 1974 single carb model, chamonix white with a racing green roof.  The previous owner (as it turned out a complete cowboy bodger!) did the roof, it's grown on me over the years but I might have it sprayed back to chamonix, when I can afford it.  She's pretty much bog standard spec-wise, although I've done a heck of a lot of work and still not finished!

Your Touring sounds pretty interesting.

Harry, sorry to not reply sooner, been in Cairo for a few days working.  Those 'Camel Ride Sir?' boys are a real P in the A!!!  Only trying to earn a living I suppose, does spoil the Pyramid experience though.

Anyhow, your Touring looks gr8, bet it sounds and goes gr8 aswell.  I agree with the others those alloys have to go.  What about some wide minilites with polished rims?  Saw some on a Turbo once and they looked the DB's.

Will see if I can figure out how to attach a pic of mine.

Minilites sound good. Was thinking along the same lines

The exhaust sounds like a halfords special, so this is being changed to a stainless one at the moment

hope to see some picks of your car

Harry
