Can't - my fathers (boss') 60th was on on Saturday night, and he's not been well since.

And I really don't think it was the alcohol - he wasn't that drunk!

BTW lads...the damage for the hotel is €138 each. I'm not sure what the story is as they don't seem to have charged my credit card yet. Unusual for expedia as they normally charge it immediately.

I think Tryp charge you at the desk.  There is a thing with credit cards that if there is no signature/pin, the customer can void the transaction and the business has very little comeback.

Oh yeah we are all sitting at exit row seats so that we can stretch the legs and be there as Richie has already informed you at 5am so as to check in early to avoid the lengthy security checks which later can be a 1hour wait etc

Don't take too many ychances, the lads that fly in from Dublin are always bitchin' about how long it takes 'em to get through the security checks....

They had to sharpen up because of the disastrous reports they got earlier in the year!

Have any of you tried flying out of Shannon recently - went to Glasgow a few months ago, and the security check was an hour long queue.  We had arrived in plenty of time for our flight, as had others, and we ended up being called to a new queue because our flight was departing without us!  They made us take off our belts and shoes!
