I am planning a drive through the Garden of Ireland on Saturday 7th June. It will more than likely follow a route going from Tallaght towards Bray via Glendalough and Roundwood (where we may have lunch).
If you are intrerested please send me an email to bmw@kbannon.com asap so I can get an idea of numbers.

By the way if anyone coming needs accommodation let me know and I will try and arrange somewhere (see if I can get a discount). I am also trying to negotiate a few spot prizes for the day so it should be good fun.

OK the date has been changed to the 8th June as per the requests at the Athlone Meeting.

We shall leave @ 12 sharp from the Spawell Hotel, stop for lunch in Glendalough or Rathdrum (depending on places) and finish up at the showrooms of Murphy & Gunn in Milltown, who have kindly offered refreshments and spot prizes.

I had hoped to get a mailshot sent out and the club office in the UK sent me address labels about a fortnight ago but thanks to this poxy country's postal system they still haven't arrived!

I'm trying to rustle up some numbers at work too. We've a fair collection of 3's 3's & 7's in varying states of repair and 2 Z3's.

Will have to see how we get on, I'm looking forward to it though.

Anyone got a spare E30 glove box (the door) that they could bring to the meet? My handle exploded yesterday! Yes, I was opening it when the handle, with bits of plastic, pins, mechnaism, etc., went all over the place

I think he used to sell them dodgy tapes in Sunday markets (remember the Richie Kavanagh kind of stuff - 2 for a fiver, but they sounded like some fella singin with his head stuck in a bucket)...care to comment Tape Man?
