I'm looking to change my 328i Coupe cloth interior to leather in the near future. What would be the cost of a second hand full leather interior - front/rear seats, front/rear headrests and door cards?
Can any member recommend where the best place is to go for a full set of leather? Must be in vgc and black. How difficult is it to fit?

I take it they are same seats as Coupe?

Yes, I believe they are exactly the same, both requiring the tilting option to get in to the rear seats.

nope. m3 coupes have what are refered to as vader seats, larger bolsters and different headrests, awesome seats. the convertibles had the sports seats, still very nice with adjustable leg support, you'll find these in 328i sports as standard also. expect to pay around �600 for a top notch sports interior or upto a grand for a mint vader interior - by the way its only the front seats that are different.
check ebay or as above quarrymotors
