Hi,

I have a 325ci, 93 plate and when ever I get upto 70 / 80 you can hear the wind coming through the front windows!!

Its really bad if I take the window down and then put it back up! This didn't really bother me in the winter but as the summer is on the way (I hope) its going to anoy me more... Any suggestions?

Thanks

Howdy do,

From the sounds of things youre seals have lost ability to stay in shape, it should feel like a bike inner tube that is pumped up. If you want them replaced, it should cost around, (from my local dealer @ bromley), £123.41 +vat each. If you find it cheaper elsewhere, then please let me know!!!

Regards,

Andy.

Cheers for the reply!

I'll have a phone around see how much the local dealers / garages want.

Is there any way to pump them back up / reshape them? I know it sounds tight but Im after a cheap solution?

Cheers

Hi again!

As far as Im aware, I dont think anything can be done with them, just old age settling in like us all!! My drivers side seal has perished, (bits of rubber now missing!!), so am after some replacements too. I know the feeling about the cheap solution idea, Im hating the idea of parting with nigh on £300 for two inner tubes......................

Regards

Andy
