a freind has a 518 fitted with 200/60 390 tyres can you get them and from where?

These are metric tyres.

Most people are desperate to change from metric to imperial because they are much cheaper. You have to have metric rims for metric tyres.

Suggest you try a breakers for the rims. You might get lucky with the tyres too.

Most tyre specialists can supply metric. Avon are the cheapest, though you can occaisionally get remoulds.

I agree with eta regarding metric tyres, but if you want to stay with metric, the chap listed below says he can get both new and remould.

You quite often see imperial rims for sale on e bay, both alloy and steel,and there are some good links to breakers from the club website.

Be careful on e bay though, through ignorance I bought a set of metric bbs jobbys
