hmmm, I've just mailed the guy, I think it could be an offer outside eBay after the auction ends,as I think he'll wait till it finishes before he decides what to do!
Clouded figures again, so I reminded him that even a running example fails to reach £300!

even better is to view the car and tell him the reason its running rough is beacuse the head gasket is gone. then pick faults with it etc and say its going to cost to etc etc. he will end up paying you to take it away.

I'll see what he replies me with, then perhaps we can both mail him and arrange to go down there.

That was a close call guys! i'll pray that the scouser buys it , for your sake. I still haven't sold the sapphire t*rd, a loser turned up the other day and said it wasn't fast enough ! , he then got back into his H reg astra diesel !. I'm cured of e23s, i just fragged a 79 635csi that has been festering in my garden for 18 months it had a dogleg, an lsd and a really sweet non motronic 3.5. A victim was found for the drivetrain so it was time to die. I've just exhumed a  very nice 635 hiline , it needs some minor fettling but will make a really nice car.

Lads, if you really want an oldie, there's always this one. £100 takes it away.

If you've got it, a lorry brought it.
