Certainly looks a nice, clean car. Would be a little concerned at bad english and cash only payment. Have "asked seller" if he has interior pics and what options, will post answer.

So many cars out there, so few garages..........

Bad english is a result of teaching methods which forbid teachers from correcting spellings. Also, the teachers themselves cannot spell if they are products of the same teaching method.

Nothing sinister in asking for cash on collection. paypal take 4% of the payment in commission, so I always prefer buyers to pay cash if they are collecting.

Looks genuine and low mileage too borne out by OK drivers seat.

Fair point on spelling, on news today some new "magic" spelling system on the cards, sounds like the old disasterous "spell as you say it" method from what I caught. Not seen cash only before, usually take cheques and PO's as well provided they clear first, though with all the scams and forgeries going it's difficult to know what to do.

I have asked the seller for various details but have not had a reply.

I doubt the seller is serious about selling, or does not want to give out any info about the car for his own reasons.

I didn't get replies to my questions either, will keep an eye on it and see what happens. Change of plan. just found this in my mail!

You asked:
"Have you any pics of interior please, is it cloth or leather, what options has it, ie, aircon, trip computer, abs, any of those or others?"

"hi sorry abou delay mate i have been working alot i have put more pics on ebay i dont know to much about the car as its not my car she lives in spain its say 91,000 on the clock it must be wright"

Will ask again, even if it's not his car surely he knows if it has aircon etc, bit difficult to miss on the dash!

I got exactly the same reply to my questions about MOT certs, service history, viewing the car etc. my Q's were ignored completely!

Can't be bothered anymore, or keep trying? who knows?

Glad you found a good home for the old lass, Rob, lets hope she is cared for as well by her new owner as she was when you had her.

Rob,

how much money would you have made if you had completed and sold the green E23?

Congrats on the sale of the Bahama car, did it fetch good money?

Bloody Hell! Nigel will bleep this post!

Assuming its not a scammer, then FANTASTIC news, an E23 sells for a grand. Andyboy & Hiab will choke on this news.
