Those of you who attended Gaydon last year wiil remember how many cars turned up on the day. Unfortunatly some had to park in the general car park. So to avoid this its imperitive that you BOOK IN ADVANCE if you wish to show your car. This will also speed up the movment of cars into Gaydon. I know its June but its only 10 weeks to the 21st August! So contact the Club office now. Dont forget to bring food and drink for the E30 BIG PICNIC If you know of other members not on the internet please get them to book in advance. All Registers and regions have been allocated a number of spaces. See you on the day

So if we buy the tickets in advance, we will be directed to the showing area yes?

If you buy them early enough and the section you are in has ordered enough places the answer is yes.
Due to the large demand the places are having to be allocated this year. First come first served!

Hi Ron

I have a totally standard unmodified 1989 325i Convertible if your interested in having it in the display. It's Alpine white, blue hood with blue leather. It's very clean and virtually original. I've not shown this one before but am quite willing to make the journey and get there early to help set up if needs be. I can mail you recent shots if required so you can be sure it won't let the side down!

What do i need to do / who do I need to contact?

Regards

Trevor White

   Trevor

We would love to have your car contact the office 01225 709009 and book your ticket. We have space for 70 cars on the E30 register area. The main reason for booking in advance is it will speed entry at the gate. Thanks Trevor looking forward to meeting you and the car.

Ron

PS its a £1 cheeper in advance too.

Thanks for that. I'll ring them first thing Monday.

Is there anything you need me to do or bring on the day. I can be there early to help set up if needed.

Cheers Trevor (hoping its hood down weather)

I joined the BMWCC yesterday and bought a Gaydon ticket.

Can I have a space on the E30 area?!

Dave, you have to pass the inititiation first....

Seriously, you need to ask BMWCC HQ for a numbered E30 pass... give them a ring and ask to be part of the E30 display, and they will send you what you need.
