Bimmerfest Details

Bimmerfest 2005 is an innovative exhibition which will appeal to the serious BMW enthusiast, providing an opportunity for them to touch, see and feel all the elements of the Ultimate driving machine. What better opportunity than to have a stand for your BMW car club at the event which is taking place at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast, Northern Ireland on Sunday the 14th August.

It is due to be a fantastic event and is the first ever modified BMW-only show in Northern Ireland, in conjunction with Performance BMW Magazine. It is set to be the biggest BMW event the whole of Ireland has ever seen. We are expecting over 200 cars including M Power cars, Coupes old and new. 3. 5 and 7 series cars.

I have asked Andrew in the office to book a stand for us.
So far a number of folk have agreed to help out and presumably loads more will offer as the date approaches. However, I want to build a list of those who plan on going and those who can also help.
Can anyone planning please sign on below and add your car type and also whether or not you will help out.

helping out will basically be handing out leaflets and describing the club, etc.

Yeah, sure i'll help out provided nothing comes up in the mean time.

Been looking forward to it since I heard about it at the Houth meet.  I'll help on the day once nothing come up to prevent me form going.

This could turn out to be one of the biggest events for the club this year!!

 

 i can see niall having to do a double order on the meguairs for all the car claying/ washing / polishing that will go on before this event, if the numbers keep growing like this

Or how about very early on Sunday morning like about 5am so we are up for Breakfast and have a chance to clean the cars and at that we have good driving conditions as the dawn breaks
