A magazine is looking for a standard BMW 3.0 CS with carburettor engine, manual, preferably in white, and in reasonably good condition, but not concours, for a photo-shoot in the south-east. The car will be used be it rainy or dry and compared with three other similar cars of the era. Owner should be available on a weekday next week to drive to a venue to be decided in the South-East. No modified cars, no track day, just comparing notes on day to day running of the E9.

Since I am this week on holiday interested parties should email vrmsport@aol.com.

Thank you Marc for your kind offer, but the idea is to have bog standard 1970's coupes, so the CS with carbs is the one, not CSi or CSL.

Anyone out there?

Cheers, Gus.
