My Full Beam has packed up, it did work. I have already replaced the stalk & you can hear the relay clicking under the bonnet, so it is switching. Bulbs are good, but still no full beam. Any ideas anyone?

Is it with both?
Get your multimeter out and check all connections. The cable may be broken somewhere

Sorry fuses are fine - first thing I checked. Although the relay might be making a noise I wonder if it's switching correctly?

Although I don't have the circuit diagram to hand, the problem must surely lie downstream of the relay, if as you say, the relay is pulling in correctly.

Most probably a dirty contact or something has become disconnected/broken.

I would try tracing voltages, starting at the bulb and working back. Hope I'm not teaching you how to suck eggs.

No sweat I'll also swop relays later (when it's dark so I can see if the lights are switching).

Cheers Guys.
