My 525e (E648 TKM) was Luxor with Pearl Beige cloth. It was a run out 'Lux' model and was spot on. Had it from new, it was a really relaxing car to drive. 35mpg too.

Hi all, been busy. Got stereo and leccy aerial sorted on 732, still working on speedo and drivers window. Gave her a good wash and polish and checked all fluid levels etc the other day to see what needs doing before forthcoming use as neighbours wedding car - can't let the bride down!

Tried to get Wendy to use the 528 for the bridesmaids etc (after all it is white) and keep it all BMW, but she says she needs the extra seats of the Spacewagon. Will try to get pics on later, now my pooter running better than one page every half an hour!

Why see me there or why there? Already have one link to a 7 forum Philip sent me, using Wendys pooter tonight while she has a look at mine, still running painfully slow after de-spywareing it, virus scans and defragging. Maybe it's just getting old and past it like me

Ian,

if your pooter is painfully slow you may have to save all the data onto CDs and then re-load the O/S - Mark is the boffin for this type of query

I think Mark's question Why? was aimed at me. my place of work have added new filters to the Net which blocks my daytime access to this forum.

Thats not very nice Philp,

Ian if you can back up your stuff on to CD I would and then format and install xp, I thinks the OS has had it and needs re-install, no amount of spy wear and stuff will help now,  sorry pm me if you need a guide or some soft wear

You will be able to run xp as I am running it an my 500 MHz with 256 meg ram OK and have had it on my server witch is a 400 with 92 meg ram and its much quicker than be4.

OS stands for operating system ie. XP, win 95-98 etc,
