Hello all,

I would like to get to Gaydon this year, although I am considering not going in my car, as I am in two minds whether to take the engine and gearbox out of my car this week to get the rest of the resto done before the winter sets in. I wondered if anyone would have a spare seat going, and would pass through Bristol to get there? I will pay my way in fuel, etc. Its not set in stone, but just trying to make up my mind weather to get stripping or wait 'till after the show.

Paul.

Which car you pulling apart? why not take one of the others off your list???

It was about this time last year i was doing a engine swap in mine so i could get to Gaydon!

I'm sure someone will come along and give you a lift

I am pulling apart the UK Sport Evo, the 318is is in bits too  It's kinda all come at the same time  I could cut a hole in the floorpan of the shell and go Freddie Flintstone style!

Seriously, my everyday driver (Astra GTE 16v) I could use, but I may get snubbed!

I will probably go in my SE though.  and pull the engine and box out afterwards.

I've decided to hang on untill the summer is nearly over before whipping engine and box out of the car, so I shall be taking me SE!

What time at Strensham you guys?
