I would not use Bug remover

If they wont move with soap and water

Polish them off

try scratch X  from meguiars .it really is non abrasive and will even take squirl marks out of your bodywork

as pete points out dont use bug remover .i tried a turtle wax one that promised to get the fly off that had been living on my bonnet for about a year  ..the only thing it did was leave a white residues all over ther place ..absulute garbarge
