Two New Forums

   After some recent requests, I have made the following two forums:-

'How To Do' Forum and BMW Related News

I will look into the gallery forum as requested where users can host
their own pics but I want to make some other modifications before then
so that it suits dial-up users also.

Also, when I create a new forum, I have to play around with the
settings, so if there appear to be any errors let me know (via PM or
email (bmw AT kbannon DOT com)
