You'd be better off with a 325. More power, more reliable, newer & more to choose from.

All in all, the 323's a bit of a lost cause.

What's prompted this Cal?

just know where there is one for a few hundred

Also a 318i on very good nick for 400 1987 very very clean

to use as a runabout

 

can't stand the f. Ford   sooo boring

Tbh, I'd go for the 318 in good nick. A tired 323 is likely to be a real moneypit.

My 316 is remakably spritely given it's capacity. Bit noisey on motorways but quite a blast down country lanes.

However I put it in the E30 cars for sale

still new at this ....

Might see about the 316 .. has the 1800 engine and it does lookm clean.. old school clean.

316i on a 89 plate.

Great fun however the usual things

I had to repair the petrol tank, rust over the arches

clutch on the way.. so decided to part company.

 

I was wanting another for this winter. As you know I have been improving my 530 and was going to buy another BM however I have realised that a good alarm for the 530 is more impaortant than changing my f...f....f....mondeo (ach ach ) i jusdt can't brig myself to say.Hopefully the dirt and snow will disguise it.

Been looking at a cliford alarm. Any ideas on local alarm fitters.
