can someone point me in the right direction.... of where to start looking?

my blower motor has taken to working when it want's.

today put on the blower for direct screen heat and nothing! "nothing from all setting's" drive along the road (500 yds) hit a bump and BANG! hot air start's blowing out?

i think either a slack/broken wire, loose relay or damaged solder?... i'll try have a look tomorrow or monday  but if anyone's had this type of thing happen/problem, i'd be very thankfull of your advice

A friends 2000 525 had a similar problem. Fixed under warranty but BMW simply changed the climate control panel.

AAAaaaa warranty  ive got one of those, might save me abit of work?
