One for those who like the finer details !

E36 original Motorsport Alloys, I have to refurb both rear wheels and they have to be competely stripped down to bare metal to get the job right, as a previous refurb attempt was pretty poor. Does anybody know what was the original shade of silver that would have been on these wheels ?

It will obviously cost me less to just get the two wheels done, but don't want to look a spanner if when finished they are a different shade to the fronts.

If all 4 are to be done, it's diamond cutting time, which although the business, will kill off the exhaust fund.

Any help appreciated.

I'll be attempting something similar soon, and would be equally as interested if anyone knows.

Saying that, mine's only the spare so as long as it vaguely matches then I'll get away with it.
