After removing the entire center console, computer and climate to install all the audio/PC cables when putting it back together a slight problem has occured. The indicators flash when hazard button press and also the lefty/righty via the stalk but there is no relay noise and the lights on the dash do not flash?

Help, panicking I have done something bad...

I have not reinstalled the bmw computer/buisness radio as this is where the screen will be going...please tell mr this does not have to be connected?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

OK problem eventually solved...

Noticed that the fans were not working either (all lights on and buttons working) when you turned the fans to maximum speed the Indicators started to click!!!

After closer inspection, one of the OBC plugs is the same shape, colour and size as one of the climate controls!

Swapped them round and everything is working fine!

At the end of the day all is back together but as always I have 10 spare screws sitting in my ashtray?!? ill wait untill something falls off before I worry!

If we all pool the bits we've got left over after tinkering with our cars, I'm sure we could build a hybrid 1/3/5/7.... series

Cats know your every thought.

But don't care.
