I`ll tell you what though. The exhaust manifold looks the part, although I`m not so keen on the rot in the chassis leg. If it really has got the engine, box and LSD, he`s got a point. It could be thrashed to near (or total) destruction on the track safe in the knowledge that the damage bill could never exceed 995 (Buy It Now!)

Now that I have stopped laughing at it, I think I might see if I`ve got 500 quid to spare!

You have heard the expression, usually used in the context of liasons with the opposite sex: "Better than spoiling a good un!"

Anyone remember this car at gaydon last year? Me and John (c76jon) had an interesting conversation with the then current owner about his car, and how he was constantly beating E30 M3's on track, and how much better it was than an M3!!

I decided it must be worth 500 quid of anybody`s money and clicked on to ebay to bid.

SOLD! at the Buy It Now price within 4 hours of the auction start.

Can`t help thinking that with a little patience, they might have got it for 501!

I was rather looking to scattering imitation walnut all over the Lincolnshire countryside in May!

I would expect to see it making an appearance at a track day soon.
