ESS Supercharger Anyone?

   Hi guys, 

I am looking to supercharge my Z4 3.0 in the next year or so. Does anyone out there have a 330 supercharged? If so I'd like to ask a few questions and just get a general impression on the following: (PM me if you wish) 

Drivability
Reliability
BMW dealer attitude when servicing
Insurance Increase
Fuel Consumption - I here is can improve if just cruising
What boost is safe to use on a daily basis, 8psi  max?

I am sure I had a lot more, but that will do me for now, hope someone out there can help....

P.S Don't wanna start a supercharger v's turbo arguement I've heard it all before
