Dunk

More than a pleasure.

Car was running and handling like a dream. Far better than before, with little to no body roll. I'm 85% happy with the brakes and were still working well at then end of the day, with only a slight judder, fixed by pressing harder on the brakes. No fade all day, goes to show that an upgrade to big brakes works.

Got noise tested in the afternoon, with the limit being 102 db and i recorded 102.4, my second black flag, but none for driving offences, hey Dunk?

The loud honda type R was out behind me at one stage and he could not keep up either.

As said by dunk the old 911 had the legs on me on the straights, but not in the bends and a wee green caterham was just to quick.

Steve filmed me late on and is car had me on striaght line performance, but not on the twisty bits.

Stuart's wee compact decemated his pads and lost he pad material on one bend leaving just the metal backing plate. That was his day over as the replacement pads were just trash.

And you as well Paul. I looked earlier, but there was non. i'll have another look. I was broadside at the hairpin by the entrance most times and the guy taking the photo's was expecting me to do this everytime as when he saw me coming he chaged his stance and focused on the exit of the bend.
