In prep for the sale of the E34 I've changed the wheels over and put the 840 alloys on to the E28.
They look great but when I came off of a speed bump tonight the rear wheels touched the arches.

Can I do anything about this or am I going to have to get shot of them ?

you can't really roll the arch lips because the wheels stick out too far

lowering springs - less travel and harsher ride with a tendency to skip and hop over bumps when travelling at speed, but your tyres shouldn't catch then

Andy,

That looks awesome!! I'm pining for another e28 again - but wife won't let me. But then again she wouldn't let me have the e34 I've got now or the M-Parallels... so you just never know!
