hi i own a 2001 325ci sport convertible, i have noticed that when i go over small bumps in the road i can hear what i beleive to be louder than normal noise, i have driven a friends car which is exactly the same model as mine jus 2 years newer and cant hear any noise on there one, has anyone else experienced this, i dont really want to unnecessarily take mine to a garage jus for them to stich me up and say yes this is the problem, any input would be greatfully recieved. thanks in  advance

what sort of noise is it

 

A banging noise

Or an air noise?

hi there id say its more of a banging noise, not really loud but as i said above ive driven a friends model and her one dosnt make the noise. thanks for any input..
