I've never been myself, but from memory I think it is somewhere near the old 'supercook' depot.. more lockup than garage.. I have seen his work though.. usually trackday customers cars.

The guy in Brayton is good and a lot of our members use him.

There is an outfit on the A19 on the Doncaster side of the M62 that have been BMW specialists for many years.. in fact they are listed as service agents in the handbook of our '02 from 1972.

Bob Shiell has a garage in Selby as well, he does a lot of work on racing cars for Nigel Moseley.

If you like to keep your book stamped up by the main dealer.. then you could always just have the minimum of work done (I even take my own oil) and get them to give you a schedule of what needs to be done.. I have always done this.. My M3 had 11 years worth of dealer stamps, yet I did the majority of the work myself.

Where abouts in North Doncaster do you live?

I have just bought a 3 yr old E46 318i and was hoping for recommendations on where to take it to for servicing.
The previous keeper has not kept up with the Dealer service history so I don't mind taking it to a BMW Specialist.
I live north of Doncaster.
Just about to ring R. Cooper Specialist Cars at Brayton nr Selby for some prices having seen him mentioned on earlier discussions, are there any others for me to try which aren't too far away ?
Will it greatly affect the future value of the car by not taking it to the Main Dealer ??
Cheers, Foxy ..
