easy E34 improvement (LAD)

   I have a BMW owners manual for my 1995 530i, in the section about 

topping up the power steering and Lad (self levelling suspension) 

Fluid it recommends 5mm of fluid above the metal grill / filter as the 

correct level 

Now, in the Bentley manual, it says the fluid should be 25 mm from 

the top of the reservoir, this is a difference of about 25 mm from the 

BMW manual so I topped it up to the Bentley spec about 1 " more 

fluid

I now have tighter steering and stiffer suspension a great little tip 

from Bentley
