Guys and gals,

Next meet to take place on 28th May at 2.00pm on the gravel car park then onto pub to get some events organised for the summer months ahead. Lets build on the good turnout and get some stuff organised

28th May is good for me, should be able to bring a couple of golden oldies
this time.
Perhaps we should go to a different pub that's a few miles away. Give folks a
chance to ride in different cars maybe??? What do you think?

cheers Mcdaddy

I bet you can't wait - you chould have a nice clean oil free engine bay soon!!

An idea for Junes meet, make it all day at Snetterton race circuit as the Khumo BMW championship would be there and would also endorse the club, there are also complementary tickets available and as the region is under promoted I think we would gain a good chance of getting quite a few! What do you guys think - I'm up for it. I will give snetterton race course a ring this week to find out

Cool! I mentioned about the engine bay as I hadn't heard from you since the January meet, I bet you're glad it's been done. I'll be ringing Snetterton cct up this week to find out how to go about it and will be ringing Jeff tomorrow to find out about complementary tickets etc and have sent an email to the club magazine which should hopefully go in next month and maybe we'll get some good results. I'm just hoping we can start to get the region back on track. If feedback is good then shall get banner made up for the EA Region BMWCC(GB) and hopefully we can do some more

Welcome scott!

Spoke to Jeff today and there could be a min of 12+ complementary tickets, priority going to club members, will find out nearer the time if so and how many. Will ring snetterton race cct up tomorrow to find out ticket prices if not a club member. Jeff is really pleased that we are trying to get the region back on track. Please express interest for snetterton asap so I (or mandy) can get in contact with Jeff to start the ball rolling and get some magazine coverage

Paul

May's meet will be on the 28th and Junes meet will be on the 25th at Snetterton. Don't think we'll be able to take any cars on the track as there will be other racing events on the same day - but excellent to see the possibility of a good turnout.

JoeP - where've ya been lately. Will be good to see you at Junes meet. Have you heard from skip lately?
