Zaino v Zymol

I have been thinking for some time that I should pamper my E46 M3 with one of the above. Having looked on the internet I'm now totally confused with the choices available. For example do I use the Zymol Z3 BMW glaze, or one of the hand crafted waxes. What's the difference between a wax and a glaze? What's the best, Zaino or Zymol?
If you are a 'Polish Guru' would you please provide me with some guidance.
