Who is comming down to the New Inn Heckfield on the 31st as total Bmw will be comming down to do an article on the 6 series cars which regulary meet there. Anybody who's free should come down as there could be a large number of cars turning up. Adrian Pratt who organises the meet says there are 13 635's confirmed already. I want to try as Adrian does to get as many 6 series owners down as possible.

Please post back if you are interested and i will tell Adrian.

Lets hope the weather is good and I will meet some of you down there

Regards

James

Hi Mono,

Will see you down there look out for the only Chrome bumper Dark metalic blue six wearing some alpina's and you will find me by it.

Should be a good meet and the pub's food is excellent and not to exspensive.

It's supposed to be a coupe meeting, but my view is that as long as the car has a blue and white propeller on it, there is no problem. There another guy who is usually there in his e34 m5 in Avis blue. Can't remember his name though. Please come down if you have time it should be a blast. Start time is 12 midday, although I think due the magasine comming i may go a little earlier.

P.S. How do you get your car to appear on your posts, thats cool.

Get on the M3, and come off at the 5th exit which is the hook exit. Take i believe the 4th exit which is quite a long way round the roundabout and follow the signs for heckfield. After about 4 miles going over a couple of roundabouts you will see this big pub on the right called the New inn after a sharp right hander on the brow of a small hill. Thats it. There will be BMW's everywhere.

Alternativley go to http://www.multimap.com and type in RG27 OLE, and you will have a map to go with my directions.

Sohlman

Glad to hear there is another M5 making regular appearances. So we will make our way over as it's not oo far away and a good excuse to go to a good pub.

To get a photo in your signature you need to have the photo on anothe website and then add the html as you would for inserting a photo in a post. See forum codes.

Someone has an animated Avatar which very cool.

BTW, Adrian reckons we've got a potential 18 E24s turning up. Looks like people do want the publicity

See you there. I'm coming down from Huddersfield in my M6 and another guy from the Wirral is coming in his Hallmark 628.
There will be a bottle of good wine for the car that travels furthest to get to the meet - so long as its not myself.

Oh dear, that rules me out, then....

BTW, I thought the "Hallmark" edition only applied to those 633s which TWR got their hands on?

Nice, aren't they? The one on the right will be at Heckfield; the one on the left is playing very hard to get.

Latest news from Adrian is that we now have a potential 20 E24s attending, plus all the other models. Could be as many as 40+ BMWs packing into the car park!

A couple of the attendees are aiming for 10.30am...

My Six has been washed and polished, and is "resting" until Sunday.

Wish i had that luxury. Is having a tune up and oil service tomorow with Hartlake, and they are going to fit my alpina gear knob as i can't get the old one off. Then i am using the car all day Friday so will have to spend Saturday cleaning whilst the girlfriend is not noticing. Fortunantly I gave the car a thourough going over two weeks ago before i went on holiday so i won't need to polish it
